Why Pulse

  • Coaches on the floor

Every class has a coach who watches and corrects your form, not someone counting reps from a stage.

  • Classes from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm

Early, lunchtime and late sessions every weekday, plus weekend mornings.

  • Showers, towels, lockers

Hot showers and fresh towels, so you can come straight from work and head straight back.

A studio, not a warehouse

Pulse is one 3,000 sq ft room with racks, rowers and no mirror-selfie culture. We keep classes small so coaches know your name, your old injuries and your last deadlift. Most members train three times a week. Beginners follow the same plan as everyone else, just lighter.

Members say

  • “I’d never touched a barbell. Six months later I deadlift my body weight and my back pain is gone.”

    Kate M.

  • “The 7 am class is the best part of my day. Small group, great coaches, and nobody judges.”

    James O.

Before your first class

I’ve never trained before. Is that OK?

Absolutely. Plenty of our members started from zero, and coaches scale every exercise to your level.

How does the free session work?
