Our story

We started with a 5 kg roaster in a garage and one rule: never sell coffee older than two weeks. Today we roast for 400 regulars — and the rule still holds.

This week’s coffee

  • Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, 250 g

Washed, light roast. Jasmine, bergamot and ripe peach — best as a pour-over.

    $19

  • Colombia Huila, 250 g

Medium roast. Milk chocolate, red apple and a long caramel finish.

    $16

  • Monday Espresso Blend, 500 g

Brazil and Guatemala. Dark chocolate, hazelnut and thick crema; great with milk.

    $22

  • Drip Bags, box of 10

Our Colombia in single-serve filters. A mug, hot water and three minutes.

    $14

Questions

Do you grind the beans?

Yes — tell us your brewing method and we'll grind for it.

How fast is delivery?

Usually 2–3 business days after roasting.

How long does coffee stay fresh?

It’s at its best 4–6 weeks after the roast date printed on the bag. Keep it sealed and away from light — not in the fridge.

Do you supply cafés and offices?

Yes, we roast to order from 5 kg a week. Write to us and we’ll send samples of the current coffees.
