Questions
What will I pay after early access? Do I need a card?
Nothing for now, and no card. We'll tell you before billing starts, and you'll pick a plan: Starter at $19/mo or Business at $35/mo, with 20% off yearly. Plans are month-to-month with no contract.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
The assistant only answers from your site's data — products, services, prices and FAQ. If something isn't there, it doesn't make it up: it offers to take a request so you can reply yourself. You can fix your site's data any time.
How do requests reach my Telegram?
Tap “Connect Telegram” in your dashboard, then Start in the Kate bot. From then on, every new request arrives in Telegram with the customer's contact details and a link to it in your dashboard.
I sell services, not products. Will it work?
Yes. Salons, beauty pros, tutors and studios get their own templates; the assistant explains your services and prices and collects requests.
I only have Instagram. Why do I need a website?
In DMs you answer yourself, and not always right away. Your website answers customers around the clock, quotes your prices and collects requests, and people can find it on Google. Put the link in your Instagram bio.
QR payments: do I need a cash register (RRO)?
According to clarifications from Ukraine's tax service (DPS), a payment by NBU QR code to a current bank account (IBAN) generally doesn't require a fiscal receipt. This isn't legal advice: the rules depend on your business, so check with your accountant.
Can I upload my own photos?
For now, you add photos by pasting an image link. Uploading from your phone or computer is coming soon.
What happens when I run out of conversations?
The assistant finishes any conversation already in progress but won't start new ones until next month; the chat invites customers to leave a request instead. Requests are never lost — they wait in your dashboard.
Which languages does the assistant speak?
The customer's language: write in English and it replies in English, write in Ukrainian and it switches. The site itself is in English or Ukrainian.
Where is my data stored?
Your products, services and requests live in your Kate dashboard. We don't sell them or show them to anyone. The assistant only sees what you've added to your site.
